Shipping & Delivery Policy

At CastinCrete Designs, every concrete fire table, fire pit, and outdoor feature is carefully handcrafted and securely packaged for delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Standard lead time: 4–6 weeks. Lead times are confirmed at time of order, and customers receive weekly updates on their order status.
  • Showroom display items (marked “On Display in Store”): Available to order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks.
  • Transit times vary by location and will be confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for most fire tables and fire features.
  • Oversized or multiple-unit orders may require a custom freight quote, shown at checkout.
  • We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

Tracking & Delivery:

  • Customers receive a tracking number as soon as their fire table or outdoor product ships.
  • Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if damage occurs.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused fire pits, fire tables, and outdoor features in original condition.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

On-Display In-Store Purchases:

  • Items labeled “On Display in Store” can be ordered directly from our North Lake showroom.
  • Delivery for on-display showroom models typically occurs within 1–2 weeks.
